Took care of my problem right away and I was out of there within an hour or so. No hassle with charges as it was a previous mistake. Still love this place and their waiting area is top notch!
I’ve said it before but I want to say it again.... I love this place. It is PACKED this morning, but it seems like there are as many employees as there are customers. It is clean, the coffee bar is stocked, and it took me exactly 7... SEVEN...minutes to get my van checked in to the service department for a recall. I wish every Honda dealership was this awesome (ah-hem... I’m looking at you, Honda of Lisle). This is why I drive 30 minutes to get here instead of 10 minutes to a closer dealership. Thank you, Valley Honda!
