We picked up our new Pilot today after our previous Pilot was totaled in an accident. The best Honda dealer around. This is the second car we bought from Alicia and she was fantastic, easy to work with and definitely puts her customer's first. Overall, a fantastic experience!
We received the air bag recall on my 2007 CR-V and weren't happy that there wouldn't be a fix until summer 2016. Please read all: Bought a used car that had a problem. It was a Toyota so I had a Toyota mechanic run the VIN. He said that there was a problem with the catalytic converter and needed to be replaced. Valley Honda said there was nothing wrong and that there was no check engine light when they got it. Unfortunately the owner before must have turned off the check engine light and it was missed by Valley Honda. They did in fact take care of this problem and provided a rental car. Absolutely the best customer service I've received from a car dealership. After my lease being up thought I'd get a awful deal buying it and I moved out of state so I thought that'd be difficult as well, but they made it so easy for me to stay a loyal customer from states away.
