We had Andy as our sales person and he was absolutely amazing. He didn't rush or pressure us and made sure we were happy with the car we got. The entire staff is very welcoming and courteous. They really do care about getting you the car you want.
After an extremely frustrating situation at Honda of Lisle (filled with a cancelled appointment & conflicting information being told to me each time I talked to someone else), it was beyond awesome to deal with competent people at Valley Honda. My passenger airbag had to be replaced because of the recall and Valley Honda planned accordingly, ordered parts to have in stock for customers knowing millions of people are impacted (unlike Lisle...) and was able to, without an appointment, fix my car in under 2 hours. We were there this past saturday. We were initially communicating with Jacquiline with prices. We Went in there to see her as promised and she introduced us to another sales person as she was busy with another client. That sales person then handed us over to another sales person as he was busy with another client. I just thought this is not going good.
