The only problem is that the door lock recall and they replaced it. Now doesn't work.
Great experience at Valley Honda today! We worked with Jeremy Andrews who was very knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy. He stayed late to meet our schedule. We left with a great car at a great deal with less hassle and time than we had expected. Highly recommend working with Jeremy. We would buy from him again in a heartbeat. We were very happy with the service we received from Andrew Becker. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient! We weren't really expecting to buy a car that day but we found one we liked at a great price and received a good deal on our trade in. I've had my CR-V for almost two years now and purchased at this dealership. This week I took my car in for service as the air bag light went off. I had taken it in a few weeks earlier due to the recall. I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner by Marco Maldonado. Just drove off the lot with my fourth, and newest, Honda Fit about an hour ago. Kristina Budner was a great help with prepping my trade-in and making sure I was quickly paired up with a sales associate. Steve Grady was awesome. Very patient and knowledgeable. It was my daughters first car and it took her hours to pick a color. He brought us to the overflow lot so she could see all the colors. She finally picked white. She really likes the fit. I would recommend the EX because of the safety features. Great car.
Andy spent like 4 hours with us on Saturday when we bought our CRV and another 4 hours with us on Monday when we picked it up. It wouldn't have taken so long on Monday but we wanted some dealer add on parts which we didn't want to make a special trip back for. Andy arranged it all with the service dept. He is very professional and knowledgable about Honda's product line. He made the experience very easy and unstressful. I see great things in his future--good management material �
