We schedule the inspection in short period of time and received the written report the same day. The inspector did locate some minor damage of the property. Valley Home inspection Team was amazing, we used him on one of our properties that fell through and he was able to discover some damages our previous home inspector had failed to discover (some rotting underneath our roof). Once again we used him on another newly purchased property of ours and he was also able to detect some damages that the previous inspector failed to discover, which really saved us a whopping $4500. He is highly skilled and takes pride in patiently educating his clients.

Super informative. I’m a realtor over 30 years I would use them again! The inspector found a leak in the shower that the seller's inspector did not find because the crawl space was too tight. The robot in the crawl space was really helpful.
