Excellent Valley High is the absolute best place! I’ve been living under the Summit Park Umbrella since 2015. Valley High has been a pleasure. The maintenance man, Leon, is by far the best person to take care of any need in your apartment. He is kind, neat, super smart, and thorough. Anthony, the property manager, is also great and very understanding and helpful. I do not plan on leaving until I am able to afford a house! I love it here!
Everything you could want! The property manager, Anthony, and his team are friendly, understanding, responsive, and so helpful! They always are able to help me with any questions or concerns and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The neighborhood is pretty safe and fairly quiet (there must be some thick walls since I never hear my neighbors except at the front door), so it’s a great place just outside the city. Great place A little street noise other than that the office (Susan) and (Leon) are a great team, they run this place together Any maintenance issues are resolved asap. Having a washer and dryer in my apartment is key... I would recommend this place
Great Value for your money Ive lived in this area for most of my childhood and wanted to stay here. Its a nice and safe area. The apartment itself is a pretty nice size. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor with a balcony. There are full sized washers and dryers in each unit. Rent covers all utilities but electric. Apartment Review I am not the type to usually write any reviews unless something to very terrible or very good. With that said, this place has been very good to me. The property manager Susan is AWESOME! She is very polite and gives you all the details of everything that you need to know. I had a couple of very minor issues in my apartment and she never hesitated to assist. Leon does the maintenance and he too is awesome!
