I just had a new heat pump put in by Valley Heating & Cooling. All I can say is great service personnel and very professional.
Our old air conditioner recently stopped cooling our home, so I called Valley Heating and Cooling. Within an hour someone was out to our house to check out the problem. We learned that our 28 year old compressor had finally kicked the bucket. We got some great information about a new system and it was installed within two days! Great service, great people. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Best customer service we've experienced in a long time! Our heat pump was on the fritz, called a few companies & no one could beat these guys. Encouraged any questions that we had and were very responsive. Had us cooled off in no time at all!! Thanks to Roger, Jacob, & the whole team!!
