My home unit was installed last September by Valley Heating & Cooling in Alexandria. I knew the hot Summer months were going to be the true test because that's when my priority is coolness comfort over energy cost. This morning as I did the math and compared June and July of 2018, 2019 and the current bill from June and July I expected savings but I was amazed at the figures! They arrived when they said they would. After looking at our system Chris made recommendations of repairs to our duct work. The techs finished earlier than we expected. Our air had never shut off mid day all summer. Within an hour of their repairs the house had reached a comfortable temp and the system shut off like it should. This work has made a huge difference in how comfortable our home is. Thank you for honest, professional and on time service.

Technicians ( Jeremy and Landon) came and fixed the problem with our unit within a few hours of contacting them. They were courteous, professional and the cost for service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Valley Heating and Cooling over any other AC repair service in our area! Thanks again 😊
They were on-time and had my AC fixed in minutes. Technician knew what the problem was and had the part with him. Didn't even have to come inside if you are worried about that. I'm cool with Valley Heating and Cooling!
