So far I have had 3 caregivers provided by this agency and each one has been exceptional in terms of level of skill, caring, compassion and work ethic. I would and have recommended them highly. My only criticism would be that their billing should be more prompt.
I needed help for my mom for her in-home care and found Valley Healthcare Services South. Lorna, the owner, has been a delight to work with. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I'm amazed at the effort she puts into finding aides for my mom and making sure that we are satisfied with them. She's always available whenever I have questions and follows up very quickly. I highly recommend her!
