So often when you contact a doctor's office, you get an automated message prompting you to do 1, 2, or 3. Not so with Dr Steven Poertner's office. Not only do you get a live person, but a friendly and helpful live person like Jackie. Jackie went out of her way to assist and find the answers that I was seeking. I couldn't thank Jackie enough for her professionalism and kindness. I also want to compliment Dr Poertner's assistant Jonay, who just like Jackie is absolutely fabulous.

My primary care physician is Dr. Steven Poertner, affiliated with Valley Health Alliance in Henderson. He is smart, caring, and thorough. I know that I can reach him through the portal and will hear back from him promptly. I give him the highest possible rating.
Dr. Poertner has been my Primary Care Physician since 2019. He DOES NOT "fix" everything by prescribing medication and quickly escorting you out of his office. He is a kind, caring, knowledgeable physician that actually takes the time to listen to you. He establishes trust with his patients so that you can work together towards a healthy future. I highly recommend Dr. Poertner as your Primary Care Physician!
