Don't go to this clinic located on Gibson st. In Henderson, their customer support/patient services is really bad. They don't return calls and don't respond to patient or clinic requests. Its the worst medical clinic experience I ever had in the LV Valley.
They tell you it’ll take a week after your consultation for the surgery scheduler to call you, it’s been well over a week and I’ve had to follow up with them 3 times and every time it’s a new excuse as to why the scheduler is unavailable. I need to schedule other things around my upcoming surgery but it’s impossible when they won’t follow up with you to schedule. It’s infuriating!!
DO NOT BOTHER... This organization has egregious customer service and zero empathy. At a required pre colonoscopy procedure appointment (unneeded...this will be my fourth) I was given paperwork (see picture) for following up. I ended up needing to cancel but reaching someone to do that took multiple attempts to reach them using the intel provided. Stay away from them, I made the mistake of trying to get a check up there and (supposedly fully cover by insurance) and I'm paying out of my pocket just for the consultation !! Remember, the SURPRISE BILL will reach you 3 to 4 months after your FREE consultation.
