Edit. Tried calling the phone number they gave me in the reply. Went through the menu, and there is NO option to talk to someone. I can schedule an appointment, lol. Nobody knew anything about a review. So I asked if I can talk to someone about the review. They wanted to get an office manager. Yeah, thanks. I talked to one last week. On September I am supposed to fetch a colonoscopy through with one of their dr the prescribed a laxative to me to take but they will not follow through the pharmacist called them and faxed them no response and I called with no response with out that prescription what's the point of even going through with the procedure they need to have live people answer their phones

Don't go to this clinic located on Gibson st. In Henderson, their customer support/patient services is really bad. They don't return calls and don't respond to patient or clinic requests. Its the worst medical clinic experience I ever had in the LV Valley.

They tell you it’ll take a week after your consultation for the surgery scheduler to call you, it’s been well over a week and I’ve had to follow up with them 3 times and every time it’s a new excuse as to why the scheduler is unavailable. I need to schedule other things around my upcoming surgery but it’s impossible when they won’t follow up with you to schedule. It’s infuriating!!
