Not a "walk-in" clinic. I got here with 4 people in front of me. I got an update in my medical app that I have an "appointment" 2 hours from check in at the clinic I could have made an appointment on the phone but it's listed as walk in! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS listing! Make an appointment if you can. That said ... Staff is great! All very friendly & patient. My issues were addressed. Very pleased.

I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment, but the receptionist still welcomed me warmly. She took my basic information and asked me to wait. I had barely sat down when a staff member called me inside. He introduced himself as a nurse and performed a basic eye check-up, vision test, blood pressure, and body temperature check. Depaul Urgent Care saved my son from 4 months of severe pain. He had severe ingrown toenail on the great toe. He had it for months and they said it'll be 4 months until they could get it taken care of. It got to the point where the pain was so severe. His quality of life was devastating. Gardener clinic in Gilroy said he had to wait for an appointment in March of 2026. Thank you to DePaul urgent Care! You saved my son 4 months of excruciating pain and unability to walk or wear shoes.
