Valley Glass replaced my windshield with a chipped one, and when I pointed out the chip, they tried to claim it was tree sap instead of acknowledging the clear damage. To make matters worse, they have a history of replacing windshields with defects, as seen in their negative reviews. They even denied the chip's existence when I raised the issue with two customer service representatives. I had these guys do my bathroom. Very simple installation with two sheets of glass from the top of a partial wall to the ceiling and a door. I told them it was a steam shower. They brought in a laser to measure and told me that as long as the edges were straight the glass would be cut and mounted with a 1/8th inch gap between each of the sheets and between each sheet and the wall or ceiling.
