Fairly new. The machines are smooth and the gym itself is big and open. The staff are nice and accommodating.
Has everything you need at a reasonable price and doesn’t get too busy. MAJOR PLUS: you can get it month to month or even week to week rather than a continuous subscription since I’m only in town for short periods at a time. Please don’t change that policy guys!
This gym used to be Fit Republic and Valley Fitness inherited all the same equipment when the other company filed bankruptcy and started VF as a new LLC. The equipment is old and broken, and repairs are not made at all now. The dumbbells look so bad with the rubber coming off and one side of the dumbbell missing all the pieces. The gym staff are rude and never welcome or acknowledge guests coming in. They stay on their phones and keep looking down.
