went in thinking id finally found a decent gym in the area. big mistake the equipment is old and half of it is broken or just not working right. the rowing machine I wanted to use had that weird sticky handle and nobody seemed to care. place smells kinda musty and the locker rooms are not great at all. honestly would rather drive further than come back here.

Very disappointed with the gym’s maintenance and overall experience. The TVs have not been working, which is especially frustrating during the World Cup when many members would like to watch the matches while working out. The bathrooms are often not clean, and during my visit there was no toilet paper available. Basic cleanliness and properly stocked facilities should be a priority. Another concern is the staff. Overpriced for gym services. Membership Cancelation process is very complicated and gyms management intentions are to charge customers pre and post service. Not recommended. Its spacious only

I cancelled my membership with Valley Fitness on April 18, yet I was still charged in May. 14th. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of urgency and accountability in resolving the issue. I first called at 8:40 AM and was told the manager, Lexi, was busy and that I should call back at 10:00 AM. I called again at 11:35 AM, thinking I had given more than enough time for her to become available and address my concern. Instead, I was told she was unavailable and would call me back.
