Overpriced for gym services. Membership Cancelation process is very complicated and gyms management intentions are to charge customers pre and post service. Not recommended. Its spacious only
I cancelled my membership with Valley Fitness on April 18, yet I was still charged in May. 14th. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of urgency and accountability in resolving the issue. I first called at 8:40 AM and was told the manager, Lexi, was busy and that I should call back at 10:00 AM. I called again at 11:35 AM, thinking I had given more than enough time for her to become available and address my concern. Instead, I was told she was unavailable and would call me back. I stepped out of the gym for a minute to listen to a phone call... And after a while I came in.And the two employees standing at the counter told me to scan the barcode again.It's not a big deal, but I felt insulted.And their way of talking was also rude.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
There should be a petition to fire Katelyn why does she only pick on certain people to cancel their memberships if they don’t re-rack their weights why doesn’t she tell everyone. I’ve seen her countless times walk by certain people without telling them anything
