I hate to give it such a low review but I’ve waited over a year for change and nothing has changed. This environment is not family friendly the women come in dressed like it’s a strip club and often times assume some of us are checking them out and that’s not the case at all my uncle got called a creep just for walking up to the weight tree. Tonight I went to the gym and Kameron was at the front desk and I specifically spend my money and time here at Valley Fitness because he is so friendly. He represents true customer service and Kameron is why I spend my money at Valley Fitness. Great job Kameron
I’ve been a member here for over 7 years, and after reading some of these reviews, I have to say something because I genuinely love this gym. Some complaints are fair, but some of the entitlement and pettiness is ridiculous. In 7+ years, I’ve never had an issue with the gym and staff. They’ve always been kind, and whenever I’ve mentioned trash, broken equipment, or something needing attention, they’ve been on it. These gym people lie a lot. They charge way too much for a day pass. They just say whatever price comes to mind—sometimes $30,sometimes $25, sometimes $20. It’s already pretty expensive, but the worst part is that they don’t even have a fixed rate. They should have one clear, consistent price for a day pass.
One, nobody should be taking pictures of others at the gym it’s highly inappropriate behavior and plastering it on the internet without their consent that’s invasion of privacy. Two, take it up with management about the issue. They don’t know it’s happening, instead of posting it on the internet. Three the gym is cleaned in the morning by someone, along with other workers.
