I just left the drive thru at Valley Federal in the Heights and got some of the best help from the bank teller Cameo she was excellent and answered all of my questions, and then went beyond her job to help me take care of all my banking needs today!!! Thanks again for such great customer service at Valley in the Heights. I know why we have banked here for so many years.

I just spoke with Darby M. on the phone when calling to ask a pretty dumb question. Not only did she not make me feel stupid but she made sure it was me and that I not only had the bank routing number but that my account number was correct so I wouldn't have any issues. Thank you very much.
