I don’t recommend doing business here. This bank has been a hassle on so many occasions that we are willing to go through the additional hassle of changing all of our direct deposits and auto pays and close all of our accounts just to avoid the next inevitable issue with this bank.
due to job changes, i had to voluntarily return my vehicle. when I returned it to the main st location, I ensured it was cleaned out, and free of all damage. now they are trying to file a claim against my insurance for hail damage, which the truck had none of at the time I returned it to them. My advice to everyone, go to a bank or a credit union where they actually care about being honest with people.

Shout out to valley for charging a wrong address fee and overdrafting my account! Even though we called and attempted to change the address on our account several times! Awesome work! Thanks for charging me for your consistent mistakes and not caring when my wife came down to sort it out. Awesome service, 10/10 would rather die of spiders then bank here!
