I have been a banking for over 30 years and I switched to Valley 5 years ago because it was convenient. I have had trouble with every single thing I have tried to do. They have taken money from my account without my permission. They are not able to transfer money through venmo. They lose it and they come up with excuses like we are not allowed to accept money from strangers into your account. That is what venmo is for. During the covid-19 peak they were extremely rude. Always have the best service. when I fell into hard times and had to close my accounts due to finacial hardship, Valley welcomed me back with open arms when I got my life back together. every loan or credit product I've gotten through Valley was a fast no hassle process and despite my credit score they were always willing to take a chance to help me out!!!
