Based on my 3 yrs of experience, I do NOT recommend. Dr. Hale is a professional and compassionate eye doctor, and I trust him and care about his advice. However, his staff makes me feel unwelcome whenever I visit them. Especially receptionists and billing people (and recently an optometrist assistant) have been so unwelcoming, they talk down, and don't explain the contact lenses order and procedures clearly. I’ve only been here a few times but the ladies and gentlemen running this place are fabulous! So sweet and professional. I called in asking if I’d be able to purchase single contact lenses while I wait for my boxes to arrive and, after a short hold, Jessica came back and said I could have them free of charge. Totally made my day, which I frankly wasn’t expecting, because I’ve always thought going to the eye doctor was such a chore. Thank you guys!!!
