My dentist retired before COVID and the practice that took over no longer accepts our insurance. Valley Dental was recommended and they quickly scheduled me for hygienist and consult with Doctor as I have a painful bad tooth. Currently I am scheduled to have same tooth worked on all within a week of contacting them.
I walked through the door and I was greeted like a family member. The receptionist is upbeat, smiling and professional, even during these stressful times. It was only moments when my hygienist (Ms. Rebecca) brought me to her station. She made me feel at ease. She had me laughing and sharing experiences since my last visit. I was given words of encouragement for my great job of brushing and flossing and told my overall dental health was good. I have been going to Dr. Millett since he practiced in Medford. When he moved to his own practice in Methuen, I followed him for the excellent dental care he provides. I highly recommend Doctor Brian Millett and his staff for anyone's dental health care.

Calm, creative, concerned and overall high level of professionalism. I've going to the same practice since my 20s and I've always appreciated the way they treated me as a person, always concerned about the overall outcome of the procedure(s). 5 stars all day long... GLC
I love this place! The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. Becky is hilarious! My appointments just fly by and before I know it, she’s done and I’m out. I would recommend this place to anyone who hates the dentist. You just haven’t had a good experience yet and once you do, you’ll change your mind on it. I never dread my appointments anymore.
