I am on a two week business trip and cracked my filling. To say painful would be an understatement. Was able to get an emergency appointment with Doctor Bob and he saved the day. Terrific experience, a true professional and all around great guy. Just found my new dentist and that says a lot because I live in Switzerland. Thanks Doc Bob!!
I have been going to Valley Dental Associates for years. I always hated going to the dentist until I explained my fears to Dr. Winebrenner, he assured me he would take care of me and I would never feel pain from dental work. I have had many procedures done with Valley Dental Associates, I can honestly say he kept his word. This is the best dentist office in the area! My boys & I have been coming here for about 6yrs now! The staff is always so pleasant and the wait time is never too long. The office is clean and updated!
I have extreme anxiety due to a terrible dental experience in Hagerstown a few years ago but the staff here has been extremely kind and patient with me and each time I go it gets a little easier! They are friendly and get you in there in a timely manner! I highly recommend them!!
I brought my kids here for their first appointments. The dental assistants who did their cleanings were very kind and patient with them. They explained what all the tools were and showed them to the kids before they started so they weren't nervous. I appreciate the time spent with them to ensure their first experience was a positive one.
Beautiful & modern office, nice staff and easy to work with. Dr. W- nice and knowledgable.
Moved to Martinsburg West Virginia in 1997 after retiring from the US Army. Became a patient in 1998 and have been a very happy patient ever since. I strongly recommend him to anyone with Delta Dental Retired Military Insurance.
