This is the best dentist office in the area! My boys & I have been coming here for about 6yrs now! The staff is always so pleasant and the wait time is never too long. The office is clean and updated!
I have extreme anxiety due to a terrible dental experience in Hagerstown a few years ago but the staff here has been extremely kind and patient with me and each time I go it gets a little easier! They are friendly and get you in there in a timely manner! I highly recommend them!!
I brought my kids here for their first appointments. The dental assistants who did their cleanings were very kind and patient with them. They explained what all the tools were and showed them to the kids before they started so they weren't nervous. I appreciate the time spent with them to ensure their first experience was a positive one.

I've been going to valley dental since I was a child and now my children and I will never be back! This practice has turned into a hot mess and does not accommodate families at all!!! I went out of my way to make my sons appt go well today for them to take one look and turn us away. Unacceptable!
Moved to Martinsburg West Virginia in 1997 after retiring from the US Army. Became a patient in 1998 and have been a very happy patient ever since. I strongly recommend him to anyone with Delta Dental Retired Military Insurance.
