Just plain really good food!
I was in Valley Dairy On Monday evening. They had a big party and the place was getting busy. They only has 2 servers, 2 cooks and 1 manager on. I must say the team did and amazing job thanks to their manager!! The one server was a new hire and Monday was his first night on his own. He did a great job in my eyes. Yes he did make a few mistakes but the manager on last night was very respectful.
