I have gone to this clinic for years. This time, however, there was a significant wait time. I brought this to the attention of the staff and requested that they inform me if there is to be significant delays in advance if possible. The staff was very professional and apologized. They verified my contact informaiton and said that in the future they would try to contact me of delays. My hygienist also gave me a starbucks gift card - not necessary, but appreciated none the less. Thank you.
The entire staff did a great job. I was able to get all of my work completed in one visit which saves time away from work.
