I like the fact that I can see the same Dentist at each visit, making it easier to have work performed when needed. Comfortable atmosphere.
Staff and Dr. Kinney were excellent as always. They worked together to schedule this appointment to meet my immediate needs. I have been a patient since 1975 and have always enjoyed a great relationship with every one in the office. Their professionalism and sincere warmth is second to none.
I have been going to Dr. Kinney since 1973 (I was one of his first customers). He is a superb dentist who has always kept up with the latest technologies. I came from upstate New York, where I had a root canal, and the experience was like going through a torture chamber. From the minute I step through the doors to the office I feel like a valued patient. Everyone at the desk is always pleasant and helpful! I'm always asked if I have a favorite hygienist and I always say no - I like them all - everyone I have had is gentle and kind. And I really, really like Dr. Musser. I have complete trust in him. I appreciated the excellent, professional, thoughtful care and the fact that you could accommodate me as to time and day. You were so prompt. You explained what you were doing and were reassuring. It was rather complicated, but painless. You did not make me feel rushed even though I was the last patient of the day and you had to work later than usual. I really appreciate you, Dr. Kinney, and your whole staff.
