Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. They are always on time and very responsive to what I need or special requests. I actually like coming to the dentist because of the great service I have received here every single visit for the last 19 years.
Hi,Dr. Musser took care of my crown this week. He is excellent, gently numbing I like how the area with over-numbing, and waits to see if it takes effect, and then adds if needed.When the crown arrived, it was a bit high, and was sent back to the lab. He apologized, which was considerate. Bottom Line: I will go out of my way to return to this place. I was greeted by normal, friendly, helpful receptionists. My hygienist was WONDERFUL; Friendly, informative, thorough, and is obviously an expert at her job. It's the little things that make a difference and she understands that. It's not an assembly line. She took her time and did things right with my comfort in mind. I was only in for a cleaning, but D.D.S.
