Robert was the greatest help during my first time buying my own car in a dealership. I bought a car from an owner but this was the first experience in a dealership and was not disappointed with the experience. He helped me brick by brick on the 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and how the paperwork works. Did not totally hold my hand throughout but helped me work through it. Trustworthy and helpful

Robert and Gaby were so so helpful, friendly and easy to work with! The process to purchase my Kia Forte was easy and fast, and they were thorough with absolutely everything we needed beforehand. If I had any problems during or after my purchase, they took care of me right away. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

My wife and I were looking for a good used car, but frankly, we were dreading the 'used-car sales' experience. We didn't need to worry, though -- after talking with a wide variety of dealers and private-party sellers, we ended up at Valley Coach, Inc., in Van Nuys. This was a wonderful car-buying experience; the best one I've ever had. Good: Okay priced used cars Seemingly friendly and personable staff Easy transaction Bad: Not willing to negotiate price Hesitant to take trade in, told me to go somewhere else to sell for a better price Cars tire pressure light turned on while I was heading home. Go figure. After financing and going through the motion with the transaction and paying my down payment, I get a call the next day at work saying that I need to pay them $500 more because they messed up the numbers with the financer or something.
