We visited the Orthopedics Dept. for a clavicle fracture. Doctor Arends and the radiology professional were nice and professional. BUT, I found the front desk employees who served us not very costumer oriented (almost rude) and had the impression they were not very knowledgeable or just not wanting to help. I asked to check with my insurance that everything is 100% covered that will be performed on my child; if it is not covered - do not perform it. I also ask Doctor Arends as well. Having to see a Physician at any Children's Hospital is terrifying. The professionalism and caring will put you at ease immediately.

The staff is so nice. They care so much and check on u often and make sure u and ur child has wat they need. There very interactive with the children. They were also kind and sent my daughter a card in the mail with all the nurses signature and making sure she's doing good at homr. There awesome there
I used to go to VCH when I lived in California and it was/is great! They saved my life a few times and I'm so grateful and blessed for that! It's such an awesome hospital with the best care!
Don't really care for this hospital becuz they suck
