I am frustrated to know that you will treat an uninsured person with no questions (regardless of their ability to pay), but reject a hardworking family because their insurance is Health Net Sante. That is wrong any way you look at it. So should folks start quitting their jobs so their kids can get the medical treatment they need?

I used to love Valley Children'S, working at a local hospital you'd think I would take my daughter there, but I trusted VCH, 100% I recently took her to the ED where she was evaluated & referred to an outpatient clinic ED doctor gave me a diagnosis in which I didn't think much of it I was under the impression that it was a follow up for what she had& there was that. The staff in the PICU are absolutely amazing. They were all very friendly and informative. It's very rare to not have even one complaint about a facility, but the staff at valley children's goes above and beyond for their patients!!! And Dr. Martin in the ent department was superb!!!
My son stayed for 5 days and they took amazing care of us!
I love valley children's staff and doctors. My son is admitted very often because of the birth defect he was born with. We follow up in the GI clinic with Dr Warolin he's great and Also in pediatric surgery with Dr Chang she is amazing and can't thank her enough

The entire staff are a league of special people... Thank you so much Dr. Desai, Dr. David and the whole team.... What a wonderful place to create for kids who have to be in the hospital... From the Kitchen staff to the nice lady in the gift shop everyone showed so much compassion... Thank you for being there Valley Children's!!! God Bless
Our newborn was brought here to have surgery and everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The best hospital I've ever been to.
