I did this for my mother's car as she isn't driving anymore, and she wanted to get something for her car rather than donating and messing with her taxes. I found this through Google. Everything went smoothly. I suppose we might have been able to get more money for the car selling ourselves, but I wasn't prepared to be bothered with that, so this was a very good way to handle this for us. The car was picked up and payment given to my mom. It was a very good experience.
