Fantastic new floor! Samantha was thorough and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and explained everything. And I had a lot of questions from past experiences with flooring companies! She and the installers were very professional and the results were absolutely perfect.
Samantha was fantastic shepherding our fairly small stair carpet project from start to finish. So impressed with the quality of the product and the end result by the installing team. We previously had the hardwood floors in our entire house refinished by Carpet One and I can’t recommend them enough!
We had such a marvelous experience with Valley Carpet One after replacing our (disgusting) wall-to-wall carpeting with hardwood floors in our townhome recently.
