I originally went into Valley looking for an SUV with an ideal payment in mind. When we weren't able to meet that payment, I left very unhappy. But when I got a call from Dave with some other options to keep my payment at what I wanted I was surprised! It really turned my opinion about them and am super happy with what I ended up getting! Purchased an extended warranty when I bought my vehicle. Traded vehicle and when I attempted to get a refund for the balance of my warranty on October 1, 2016, I drove the 50 miles to Hastings, provided all the info I was supposed to, paperwork was filled out and it should have been faxed to CNA Warranty Corporation. 11 days later I called CNA to check on the status of my refund and was told that the dealership should have already paid the refund to me and faxed cancellation notice to CNA. Bought a used vehicle, as is warranty. Less than 250 miles later, it breaks down needing $1400 worth of work. Valley will not help with this bill. I would recommend finding a dealership that inspects the vehicles they sell.

I bought a 2010 gmc from this company. Not even 22 days I looked on the ground and I seen oil marks. I brought it to my local chevy deal to figure out what it was, it ended up being an oil line leak to the cooler. I called hastings to see if I could have them help pay for repair. They said no. That the oil cooler line isn't under warranty. And besides that there was rust on the rear door, I asked about getting it repaired because of the corrosion warranty went to may of this year.
