Valley GMC is awesome! With the polar vortex this past winter, the spoiler on my 18 Cruze cracked in half! I stopped by and showed them and they said they would order a replacement and everything would be covered under my warranty. When I picked my car up when it was done, their replacement looked great, couldn’t even tell is was a replacement. I needed to quickly replace a totaled car (not a bad accident, just expensive repairs) and saw a car at Valley online. I have been working with Rick for MANY years and he has helped me out so many times, but today was so amazing!! My son had been in an accident and totaled our car (he's ok, everyone's ok) and we needed to get a new one TONIGHT. Rick and Justin BOTH came in on their day off and stayed until well after 8:00pm doing test drives, getting financing and paperwork completed so that we didn't have to get a rental vehicle! Thank you SO SO SO much!!!!
