Got me in on time, free loaner, service performed in a timely manner. Excellent experience.
Mediocre service, GMC as a company has so many recalls.
I’m not dissatisfied with the work performed it’s how it was carried out and communication throughout it. The service advisor heather is very transactional. Maybe that’s just a Minnesota thing but I don’t operate that way, not when you’ve been loyal to one dealership, not when you’re spending over 1k willingly. She never once came to check on me, only once did she see me sitting in the customer lounge and seem startled to see me there in the first place but that’s not why I’m writing this review. Took our vehicle here for a oil and tire rotation service and they proceed to break a part on the car from the service and their solution was to have us pay to replace it. What a joke.. I would stay away from this shady dealership/Service at all costs. Don't make the same mistake I did..
