Room my father was transferred to is in was filthy, dirty sheets from previous patient still on bed well after patient had been discharged and it smelled horrible. Nurses and nurse’s assistant walked in and never addressed the situation. Floor had dirt stains and it appeared as of no one had mopped in awhile. Just not very hygienic for a hospital.
It’s unacceptable that you are waiting for a surgen almost all day and he/she doesn’t have the decency to say if he/she is going to come and evaluate the patient in the mine time patient is starving.....
had multiple horrible encounters with Dr sosa from giving me the wring diagnosis and wanting to charge me and from my nephew having multiple fractures him saying that the bones will heal it self and calling my sister in law incompetent horrible doctor my nephew had to get surgery to fix the fracture. horrible service from him worse doctor you guys need to do something about it!
This hospital is a joke i took my son to the emergency area and they checked us in. After 6 hrs of torching my 3 yr old son by drawing blood 4 or more times. Dr told us to go home he did not no what my son had. I asked for the blood results/ urine analysis and the Dr said blood results would be ready in 4 days urine analysis was never done to my son. The following day i took my son to his Pediatric Dr and requested a urine test and sure enough in less than 2 hrs we new what my son had. My son had a very dangerous and rare di... read more
I've been a patient here multiple times and have always been treated exceptionally well. Everyone takes their time, explains each procedure thoroughly, and respects your privacy to the utmost level. We have a choice in hospitals and Valley Baptist Brownsville will always be my choice!
