Unless you absolutely have to, I wouldn't live here. Tenants do what they want, park where they want even in non-parking spaces, tenants deface the property, people go through your trash in the dumpsters, the police are here frequently, I filed a claim with the health department for rats and holes in the wall, mismatched counter repair, and one of the workers stole from me. Owner has his hands in too much and he's letting this property go down the tubes.
I lived at Valley Apartments relocated and am interested in living there once again. I was in contact with the manager Lisa. Spoke with her several times. Called as I was in town for two days and interested in touring a apartment. Laura answered the call and was asking for pay stubs to tour the apartment.
