My first visit to a heart specialist. Dr. Valles and his attending staff are very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. He is very thorough and did an excellent job explaining my projected course of treatment.
Dr. Valles found a medication that finally worked to lower my cholesterol without side effects. During appointments, he allows me time to ask questions and he patiently explains the answers.
Dr. Valles is knowledgeable & has very good patient rapport. That said, I love his nurse practitioner, Christy. She is also very knowledgeable & takes all the time needed to explain findings & answer questions. She is extremely compassionate.
When I was told that I would have to have a angiogram due to a possible heart abnormality that was found in my stress test, Dr. Vallez took the time to clearly explain this procedure & the reason I needed to do this, he helped me to release some of my stress about this situation- he demonstrated great bedside manner and compassion for his patient! I’d give him 6 stars out of 5.
Excellent Doctor!
So far, my experience has been nothing like those described so glowingly. I waited a few months to see him while worrying about my condition. Then, when I finally got in to see him, he had a student shadowing him and he spent about five minutes maximum with me. He referred me for a stress test (a month later was the soonest they could do). Excellent care and communication.
Dr. Valles (Freddy to me, I was his high school principal)is a consummate professional Since I had a heart condition that triggered a stroke some years ago, he pretty much has been keeping me alive. Oh, and he one hell of a great person& also from a killer family!!
Dr Valles is the best!!! He truly cares about you and goes the extra mile to help you!! I have never been to a more dedicated Physician in my 75 years... I would highly recommend Dr Valles to anyone....
