Great bedside manner-he explained everything in detail but in a very relatable way. He ensured all my concerns were addressed and I appreciated his assessment of multiple variables.
Dr. Valles almost immediately made me like him. He’s so personable. But, more than that, it didn’t take him long to assess my situation, and then he did a wonderful job of explaining to me. I left the appointment with confidence in being under his care.
Dr Valles is extremely compassionate, listens to all your concerns and answers them. He takes his time and doesn’t hurry! He’s the greatest!!
Very personable, went to lengths to explain and show me what had happened to me with my heart attack, asked what questions I had, and scheduled next steps with labs and followup appointments. I felt like I was receiving the best care possible.
Very thorough cardiac evaluation. Personable staff who take the time to review your history prior to the visit such that the appointment is geared toward you personally. Appreciate the ability to get an appointment and the immediate follow up. Staff are friendly as well as professional.
