I am so thankful for the Vallery Ford team (Darlene, Scott and Adam) for working so hard to get me the car I wanted. I was shopping for a vehicle and I seen a vehicle I loved at vallery ford I called in on Monday and spoke with Darlene whom was absolutely great. Would love to have been able to purchase my 2016 F150 local. But wasn't able to get the deal I got from Ricart. But my biggest problem is that when I took it to Vallery for a minor issue with the tailgate. Which is still covered bumper to bumper I was turned away simply because I didn't purchase there. Once they seen the Ricart tag I was brushed off. So much for handling all your local needs. I just bought a new Edge from Vallery Ford in Waverly . As always we were treated with just the right amount of genuine help and professional courtesy from John, Darlene and all the staff. This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased through the years from Vallery Ford and it won't be our last.
I recently picked up a 2004 Chevy pickup from vallery ford in Waverly Ohio . Keith was the sales person . It's having shifting issues already and haven't had the truck 10 days . I called them they told me to bring it in and they will look at it . I got here today and the same sales man told me to leave and take it to a different dealer that they wasn't looking at it .
