I want to extend a HUGE thank you to Jeremy at Vallery Ford Service Dept today - we had car problems at lunch time today in our Ford Taurus - he said he really didn't think he could get us worked in today because they were short handed and pretty booked up - we left it with him to do a diagnostic just in case he could squeeze us in and he was able to get us all fixed and back on the road!! The guys down Vallery are friendly and very reasonable. These guys are great and next time I need a car. If anybody needs a car go to vallery. These guys treat you right.
I had an issue with getting a loaner vehicle for an extended repair on my car and Adam Shea called me personally to fix the problem. I appreciate the help and making me feel like a valued customer. I have bought multiple cars from this dealership and would buy with them in the future.
