This office is wonderful! My son sees Dr Massie and he loves her. He unfortunately had to have two teeth pulled today and it was his first procedure other than a routine check. Dr Massie and her staff were patient, kind and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the entire office and would strongly recommend them. Thank you for the wonderful care.
My daughter's teeth have taken years of abuse from throwing up 4-5 times a week, being a micro-preemie, and having to take iron. Dr. Massie has been excellent in restoring her teeth. She does all the little extras- called the night before to make sure we had all our questions answered, followed up afterwards, and even wrote off $400 that my insurance overcharged. We have had a really good experience, and never feel rushed through the process.
Very happy with the work they have done with my 5 year old. Have recommended to friends after only our second visit!
Our family has been using this office for several years, and our most recent visit was our youngest child's first visit. We have not had a bad experience yet, with either the staff or our children. The kid friendly waiting room and open patient treatment area help maintain the relaxed feeling from start to finish.
Nervous momma and a little boy who doesn't love to be touched, and they are amazing. So friendly and fun and down to earth and so good with my little one. When he got upset, doctor sang a couple Christmas tunes to help calm him. Such a good environment
