They charge a $200 fee that they dress up as being part of your first rent before you sign any lease. If you withdraw they keep it, then point to fine text on the application saying it was actually a “holding fee” and they get to keep it for “damages”. Scummy snake behavior, stay away. They say they “held it for a week” in their response. This is incorrect. Vadim sold our home in Vaughan in a difficult market. He was extremely attentive to us as clients, before and after the home sold. Vadim and his crew are dedicated and professional.
I was their tenant in the 545 S Aiken building for 2 years, and they were fantastic to rent from. Anytime I had a question or problem, they responded promptly, and maintenance usually addressed any issues within a few days. None of the shared facilites were ever dirty or broken for any notable amount of time, things were regularly repaired and cleaned.
Drove all the way from Cleveland to see 545 S Aiken to get no showed. It would have been nice to be contacted that the showing was not going to happen instead of driving 2 and a half hours. After giving them a 1 star rating I change my review to 5 stars. Valinsky Realty made things right and in todays world mistakes happen and they went out of their way to fix it. Will definitely recommend Valinsky Realty to others! Thank you!
I lived in their 545 South Aiken Apartments for two years, and overall, I had a good experience. There were several positive aspects, such as their responsiveness to concerns and prompt maintenance support. However, there were a couple of issues that affected my overall satisfaction.
