I was quoted $65-$70 after an extensive conversation on the phone. After driving all the way there, waiting, and changing into a robe, I was told that 'nothing cost $65 here' and that it would be closer to $100. To touch up my highlights. When she was an E1. I got up to leave no one stopped me or asked about my bad experience. She said nothing to me as I left. Im extremely disappointed.
