Wish I could give this salon a 0 star. Had been going for awhile and had no issues however this last time went and had my extensions taken out, got my color done that wasn't at all what I wanted, my eyebrows were basically waxed almost halfway off and when they took the cape off I had hair dye all over my brand new VS shirt and they still charged me for the wax and botched dye job. After haggling with them for over a week they finally reimbursed me for the shirt but briefly refused to give me my extensions which I purchased ... read more
The atmosphere is amazing and so relaxing. The scalp massage is the best. Katie made my hair look exactly how I wanted and is so friendly! This will definitely be my new go to place.
I love AVBS. I feel pampered from the time that I arrive until I leave. Yesterday I had an appointment for a haircut & glaze with Jupey. She was finishing up with the appointment before me, so Karissa escorted me to the Lather Lounge. Oh my goodness, heaven is served in the Lather Lounge. Karissa gave me a scalp & neck massage that was AMAZING. I was trying not to moan out loud... Lol..... Jupey gave me a Wonderful haircut and showed me some tricks to fix it. I've been going here for 10 years now! I wouldn't ever think twice about going anywhere else. I get compliments on my hair all the time and always recommend Tiffany or anyone for employees here, to anyone needing a new hairstylist.
Im in Love!! It's been a little while since I've found a stylist that exceeds my expectations. Blair was so amazing! She was super attentive to the details of the picture I had shown her along with some of my personal request. She truly listened to what I have been wishing.
