We walked in a month or so ago to get sized, but Ali took it upon herself to also suggest we try on settings, which lead to trying different cuts. My husbands wedding band was on lay away for a long time. He was deployed to NYC for 5 weeks working on the front lines as an EMT. Then quarantined for 2 weeks with COVID (no symptoms). I contacted Valentines via email to see if I could arrange a curbside pick up. It worked beautifully! I was able to pick it up the day before he came home. I gave it to him today and he cried ! Once I gave her the description of what we would like she found them right away. Everything was ready in a matter of just a few weeks which was amazing.
