Dr. Valentine has been my Dermatologist for about 30 years! He is always on top of things and is an expert's expert on all things dermatology! He is always relaxed, listens well, and has literally changed my life and health for the best!
Dr. Valentine is the most educated, experienced, and able dermatologist I have ever been treated for a variety of skin problems. He pleasantly puts his patients at ease and listens carefully, his memory of previous problems is amazing, though chart notes are taken each time. His base of knowledge is amazing, impeccable, and seemingly infinite. I have been a patient of his for over 30 years and have had the best concerned care and advice for my skin as problems come up. Office is friendly!
They require a credit card or FSA card on file. If your insurance doesn't pay the full amount of the bill, they automatically will take the remaining amount out of one of those cards. Just FYI
I did not go to this business as I was in the wrong office, but asked an overweight female employee with light brown hair if I was in the right location; she told me to read the signs. I find that very rude. So would continue to go to the other place.
My family has been a patient of his for over 24 years! He is extraordinary. I cannot say enough how wonderful, experienced and with a great bed side manner!
Dr. Valentine was responsive and very helpful, and together we worked out a well-rounded treatment plan. However, the receptionist named Christina was nothing but rude and unhelpful. Every phone call with her leaves me with a reminder to start calling around to other dermatology offices. I wish it did not outweigh Dr. Valentine's care and treatment. However, her poor attitude and nasty tone are far too rude to be overlooked.
