My family and I love this apartment because it is very quiet compared to the apartment we lived at before. If there is one thing we could suggest, it's the fact that maybe someone could clean or spray the stairs/hallways of our units at least once a month because they're filled with so many dead bees and spider webs. I believe a community should be kept near and clean, especially a new community like this.
We love our community, we are a family of 4 and I love how it's very family oriented, it has all we need. And so far since we've been here we have had no issues. The tech/maintenance man, Manny is very nice, quick, and helpful with minor maintenance problems. So far so good! 🙂 And not to mention everyone who works in the office staff is amazing, like Lauren who assisted us in getting in, and Jessica very nice as well and helping keeping up with the safety in our community. We have lived here for 2 months now, and we couldn't be happier. When there is a problem, it is handled immediately when brought to the team. They are friendly and treat everyone like family. It's a beautiful community. I have seen reviews where people bash the high cost, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. Beautiful amenities, a great array of neighbors (for the most part) and a safe atmosphere. I LOVE the locked doors, and the fact that they request to hold your ID when you tour. Bad attitude: Walk in the door and a snooty "How can I help you...". Than, the salesperson states I need to see your photo ID to tour the place... Whatever, don't waste your time or money.
