Beyond poor, do not buy a car from valenti and beyond that do yourself a favor do not buy a stelvio ti. I bought one in dec and the car has broken down 3x while driving ( scary af) and they don’t know what the prob is. “We are not ready at this time to repurchase or replace your car” words spoken by Mathew didio service area manager for fiat Chrysler. Brand new car should be headache free not a stelvio, God I regret this purchased!
Our family purchased a brand new Stelvio and the vehicle has shut down while driving on the highway three times! They haven’t replaced the vehicle nor refunded us our money. Save yourself from the nightmare my family is going through. This dealership clearly doesn’t care about our safety!!!
Great staff, great cars!!! Will buy again! We went for one and came close to buying 2!
