Horrible front office means horrible doctor. Long wait with no communication. I ended up leaving. I wish I read the reviews before wasting my time m

Very disappointed. Had biopsy done and results required surgery. Scheduled the appointment only to find out they didn’t schedule the correct appointment in their system so I was told there wasn’t enough time to perform surgery. Then I was asked to schedule again. I doubt I’ll be going back. Horribly service.

To my disbelief the Derm's office was blatantly REFUSING to cooperate with insurance, which they had accepted at the time of my setting up appointment therefore denying me the right of receiving the prescription at my approved insurance Rate.Uncooperative, rude, and dismissive behavior by the staff.We were given no other option than to File a Claim against this particulate office once they showed no intention to comply with the LAW!
