What a terrible experience! We waited 15 minutes, which is fine. But when we got in there for a "FULL" body evaluation, the nurse practitioner (Mandy Moore) did absolutely nothing! She didn't ask a single question. Looked at my leg and said no, we can't help you. There's nothing wrong with you. Didn't look at my scalp but ordered a prescription without asking a single question. Told me I have no acne when I so blatantly obviously do. What a absolute waste of money ($60 copay) and time!!!! Don't bother!

I raises two issues with the doctor. She listened attentively and examined the issues and told me what the problems were and how to address them. I’m one case she prescribed medication and for the other she suggested that I purchase an over the counter cream. I particularly like and greatly appreciated the summary of the visit which went into more detail.
My experience was very positive. The staff is very friendly and professional.
A thorough medical exam was provided.
I will most definitely recommend Dr. Rivera to everyone!
Dr. Rivera seemed very pleasant. But I felt she examined in a hurried manner. I did not feel assured that all was well. Exam took less than 10 minutes. EG, the mole that had me worried still has a mild ache to it. I am worried about that sensation.
