Valencia Woods Apartment is a good affordable place but the Maintence and customer service sucks. we had several issues in our apartment and every time we would call to place a work order they would take days to complete the problem. The girl in the office lives onsite so she is hardly in the office if you need her. I lived on the bottom floor and all day and night you can hear the person that was living on top.
